Project Overview:
The project involves the complete removal and replacement of the roof system at Building 3, U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), Natick, MA. It includes demolition down to the deck and installation of new tapered insulation, a fully adhered PVC membrane roofing system, flashing, trim, crickets, roof curbs, parapet walls, drains, and all related accessories. All work will comply with UFC standards, applicable building and life safety codes, and OSHA requirements. The new roof will be delivered with a minimum 20-year full system, non-prorated manufacturer warranty.
