Project Overview:

The project involves the roof replacement of Building 259 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Emmaty, Inc. is tasked with providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and safety management to remove the existing roof system and install a new one in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) standards. The effort ensures long-term waterproofing, improved energy efficiency, and the safe protection of a critical government facility.
