Project Overview:

The project involves providing comprehensive project management services support for the Rhode Island Army National Guard’s (RIARNG) Construction & Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Designs and Projects Branch. Emmaty, Inc. delivered personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control required to manage, design, and oversee facility projects, while adhering to all applicable federal, DoD, and ARNG standards and regulations.

Key Scope Highlights:

  • Project Management of Facility Projects: Support long- and short-range planning, budgeting, and reporting for base facilities.

  • Project Documentation: Preparation of documentation for new construction, renovation, and real property facility improvements (including DD 1391 forms, cost data, and sketches).

  • Technical Design Support: Review of architect-engineer designs for compliance with codes, policies, and cost constraints.

  • In-House Design: Conduct site investigations, interviews, and research to create cost-effective designs and estimates.

  • Bid & Construction Support: Attend pre-solicitation visits, review RFIs, support CFMO/COR, perform submittal reviews, site observations, and construction closeout activities.

  • Qualifications: Staff with bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of project management experience, military background preferred, strong expertise in federal and DoD engineering and acquisition regulations.
