Madeline Cabrera, PhD
is the Co-Founder and CEO of Emmaty,
where she leads the delivery of resilient infrastructure and advanced technology solutions for public and private sector clients. With deep expertise in systems engineering, sustainable energy, and large-scale technology systems, she brings a rigorous, innovation-driven approach to engineering and construction. She holds a PhD in Systems Engineering with a specialization in sustainable energy systems, along with advanced degrees in electrical and electronic engineering. Her career spans both technical and executive leadership, including more than a decade at Dell Technologies working across hardware, software, and complex systems—experience that continues to shape Emmaty’s data-driven, engineering-first approach.
Under Madeline’s leadership, Emmaty has transformed from a construction-focused firm into an integrated platform delivering federal and state infrastructure projects, renewable energy solutions, and AI-driven technologies. The company supports organizations such as the MBTA and the U.S. Department of Defense while advancing initiatives in robotics, smart infrastructure, energy optimization, and AI-enabled analytics through partnerships with IBM, Dell Technologies, Autodesk, and Schneider Electric. A Harvard Business School graduate, Madeline emphasizes values-driven leadership, technical excellence, and long-term impact, with a vision to position Emmaty as a trusted innovation partner at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and artificial intelligence.
